CommUNITY Shoots: Out of the Box
Schaun Champion of Fluffy Pop Postcards will be hosting community building portrait shoots. These photoshoots will be no to low cost and are created to encourage social engagement within Baltimore City Communities.
Everyone loves taking pictures! Who doesn’t want to flex their inner super model skills? When you look good. You feel good. When you feel good. You do good. THAT is what CommUNITY photoshoots are all about!
When we stop to appreciate the beauty within our communities we stop to appreciate the beauty within each other. Getting to learn about each other’s jobs, small businesses, talents and more are interactions that help to build a strong economy. When we come out to fellowship, eat, and laugh together we build stronger bonds and a stronger community.

Fluffy Pop Postcards partnered with Tha Flower Factory to capture the ‘Flowers on Your Head’ event to help raise funds to replace the destroyed garden in the under served community.

WHAT ARE YOU HERE TO BE?
The ‘Be More Community Yoga’ initiative uses the city as its backdrop to help bring free yoga, health and wellness, fresh food and self-care practices to the community. Yoga teacher and trauma informed care consultant, Michelle Stafford aka Divayogi brings #healingincommunity and afterwards we celebrate continued growth with a monthly community “What Are You Here to Be?” photoshoot.
During this commUNITY photoshoot, we ask the question “What are you here to be?” as residents answer 4 questions about their personal and community goals for themselves and the city.
